Reach runs an MCP server, so AI assistants can work with your Google Business Profile. Add Reach to your assistant once, sign in with your Reach account, and ask about your reviews, rankings and profile in plain language. The assistant can also make changes, but only after it shows you the change and you approve it.

Before you start
You need a Reach account. Connect your Google Business Profile in Reach so the assistant sees your real data. Without a connected profile, the assistant can read your public listing only.
Claude (web, desktop and mobile)
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.
- Click +, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Reach and paste the server URL above. Leave Advanced settings empty. Click Add.
- Click Connect next to Reach, sign in with your Reach account and approve access.
- In a chat, click +, open Connectors and turn on Reach.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode.
- Go back to Apps and click Create.
- Name it Reach, paste the server URL above and choose OAuth as the authentication.
- Sign in with your Reach account when ChatGPT asks, then click Create.
- In a chat, choose Reach from the tools menu, or mention it by name.
Claude Code
Run this command in your terminal:

Other MCP clients
Reach works with any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in. The client registers itself and opens the Reach sign-in page; you never need an API key or client ID. Sign-in opens a browser, so run login commands in your own terminal, not in an agent's background shell.
Cursor: add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json, restart Cursor, then open Customize, then MCPs, and sign in.

You stay in control
- Before every change to Google, the assistant shows you what will change and waits for your approval.
- The assistant has exactly your access in Reach: the same locations and the same plan limits.
- Each business can make up to 20 Google changes per hour through assistants.
- To disconnect an assistant, open Settings, then AI Connectors in Reach. You can block one assistant or all of them. A block applies from the next request.
If something does not work
- The assistant asks you to sign in again: click Connect (Claude) or run /mcp (Claude Code) and sign in again.
- The assistant says it is blocked: lift the block in Settings, then AI Connectors in Reach.
- The assistant says your plan does not cover a feature: see the plan it names in Reach, under Plans.
