What exactly is Reach?

Is it safe to connect my Google account?
Yes. Reach uses Google's official secure sign-in (OAuth) — we never see or store your Google password. We only request access to your Business Profile data, we use it solely to provide the service to you, and you can disconnect Reach at any time from your Google account's security settings.
Do I need to be technical to use Reach?
Not at all. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Reach. Everything is written in plain language — no marketing jargon, no analytics degrees required.
