How it works
The standee sits where customers wait or pay. They point a phone camera at the code and Google's review form opens for your listing, already on the stars.
- Find your business with the search box. The tool builds your Google review link from its Place ID.
- Choose a template, a print size and a headline that fits your business.
- Download the PDF or PNG, or print straight from your browser at actual size.
- Scan the printed code with your own phone before you put it out, then place it at the counter, on tables or at reception.
Put the standee where people have a free minute: the counter while they pay, the table after the meal, the reception desk on the way out. One standee per spot is enough; a code nobody can reach from where they stand does not get scanned.
What you give and what you get
You give the tool your business name as it appears on Google Maps. You can upload your logo for the centre of the code and the top of the standee, paste your short review link, and choose the code colour and shape, the template and the language.
You get a standee at 300 dpi in A5, A6, US half-letter or as an A5 table tent, as a PDF (with the code as sharp vector paths) or a PNG. It carries your business name, a headline, your logo if you add one, and a QR code for your Google review form. The QR code alone downloads as SVG or PNG.
Method and limits
Why the code goes straight to Google
The QR code opens Google's own review form for your listing. There is no page in between, no rating question first and no redirect through Reach, so every customer lands in the same place and the link keeps working even if you never sign up.
One PDF for the door and the counter
The standee prints on A5, A6 or half letter for a wall, a door or a reception desk. The counter card is an A5 sheet that folds into a table tent with the code on both faces, for the billing counter or a table. The print pack puts both in one PDF, so the words, colours and code match.
Why the tool shortens your business name
Many Google listings carry a description after a bar, such as "Sharma Dental Clinic | Dentist in Lajpat Nagar". It helps nobody on a printed card, so the tool prints the part before the bar and lets you edit it. Your Google listing is not changed.
Google's review rules
Google lets businesses ask for reviews, but its policy forbids offering incentives such as discounts or free items for a review, discouraging negative reviews and asking only happy customers. That is why every headline here is neutral and the standee is the same for every customer.

Privacy
The standee is drawn in your browser. Your business search goes to Google Maps, and nothing you pick or type here is stored by Reach. If you choose to continue into Reach, your listing is carried over only when you press that button.
Worked example
Here is the classic template in A5 for our own agency's listing. The code opens the real review form for dau Agency, so you can scan it to see what your customers will see.
Questions
- Is the review QR code free?
- Yes. The tool is free, needs no sign-up and puts no limit on downloads. The QR code points straight at Google, so it keeps working whether or not you ever use Reach.
- Where does the QR code go?
- To Google's write-a-review form for the listing you picked, built from its Place ID. A customer who is signed in to Google sees the star rating and review box straight away.
- Can I offer a discount for a review?
- No. Google's policy forbids incentives for reviews, discouraging negative reviews and asking only happy customers. Put the standee where every customer sees it and let them write what they think.
- Does Google give me a review QR code already?
- Your Business Profile can share a review link and QR code. This tool turns that link into a printed standee with your name and a headline, in three sizes, without signing in to Google.
- What size should I print?
- A5 or US half-letter suits a counter or reception desk. A6 fits a table tent or a card by the till. Print at actual size so the code stays sharp.
- What if a customer cannot scan the code?
- Paste the short review link from your Business Profile (Ask for reviews, then copy the link) and the standee prints it under the code, so customers can type it instead.
- Can I put my logo in the QR code?
- Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo and choose its size and shape; it can also sit above your business name. The code switches to its highest error correction and colours too light to scan are blocked, so it keeps working. Scan the preview with your phone before you print.
