How it works
- Enter the average rating and review count shown on your Google profile.
- Choose the rating you want to reach and the stars you expect per new review.
- Read how many new reviews it takes and, if you add your pace, how many months.
The count is plain arithmetic: new reviews are added to the existing total until the average meets your target. Your profile shows a rounded average, so treat the result as close, not exact.
Questions
- How many 5-star reviews do I need to raise my rating?
- It depends on how many reviews you already have and how far the target is. Enter your numbers above and the calculator works out the count.
- Why can my target not be reached?
- An average can never pass the value of the reviews added to it. If every new review is 4 stars, the average cannot climb to 4.5.
- Does Google round the rating up or down?
- Google does not publish its rounding rule, so the calculator shows the new average both rounded and cut to one decimal.
