A short, specific thank-you shows future customers that real people read the reviews. Keep it brief: a long reply to praise reads like an advert.
- Name what they praised: the dish, the stylist, the quick fix.
- Pass the thanks on when they named someone, if that person is happy to be named.
- Keep it to two or three sentences, with no offers or keywords added.
- End with an invitation tied to what they enjoyed.
