Before you start
You need a Reach account; the Free plan works. Connect your Google Business Profile in Reach so Claude sees your real data. Without it, Claude can read your public listing only.
Set it up
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.
- Click +, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Reach and paste the server URL above. Leave Advanced settings empty. Click Add.
- Click Connect next to Reach, sign in with your Reach account and approve access.
- In a chat, click +, open Connectors and turn on Reach.
Web, desktop and mobile
Add the connector on the web or in the desktop app. It then shows up in the Claude mobile app too, where you turn it on per chat the same way.
What the Reach sign-in screen shows
After you sign in, Reach asks one question and shows the email you are signed in as and your business:
Allow Claude to use your Reach account?
Then it lists what Claude gets:
- Read your Reach data
- Prepare work in Reach
- Change your Google profile, only after you confirm each change in the chat
It also shows how many Credits your plan has left this month. Choose Allow to connect or Cancel to stop.
You can turn this off at any time in Reach under Settings, AI Connectors.
Two things to ask first
Ask about your business in plain words. Claude picks the Reach tools itself.
Which reviews from the last two weeks still have no reply? Draft replies in my voice.
Compare my ranking for my main keyword with the three competitors ahead of me.
If it does not work
- Reach does not answer in a chat: click + in the chat, open Connectors and turn Reach on for that chat.
- Claude asks you to connect again: open Customize, then Connectors, click Connect next to Reach and sign in.
- You cannot add another connector: the Claude Free plan allows one custom connector, so remove the one you have first.
